Adding your signature
Gmail
- Gear icon → See all settings
- Scroll to Signature → Create new
- Paste, then Save Changes
Outlook Desktop
- File → Options → Mail → Signatures
- Click New and name it
- Paste into the box → OK
Outlook Web
- Gear icon → View all Outlook settings
- Mail → Compose and reply
- Paste into signature field → Save
Apple Mail
- Mail → Settings → Signatures
- Select account, click +
- Paste into the right-hand panel
